جدول امتحانات الفصل الدراسى الثانى 2011

قال مدحت مسعد، مدير
مديرية التربية والتعليم بالقاهرة، إن المديرية انتهت من إعداد جداول
الامتحانات الخاصة بالمرحلة الابتدائية والإعدادية، مؤكدا أن لجنة التعليم
وافقت على تلك الجداول، وتم إرسالها إلى محافظة القاهرة، ويتم الإعلان عنها
فور صدور قرار بالموافقة.

كان الدكتور أحمد جمال الدين موسى، وزير
التربية والتعليم، اعتمد الجداول النهائية لامتحانات الثانوية الفنية
بنظامى الـ 3 والـ 5 سنوات، وأرسل قطاع التعليم الفنى الجداول إلى
المديريات التعليمية بالمحافظات لتسليمها إلى الطلاب، وستبدأ الامتحانات 28
مايو المقبل وتستمر حتى 9 يونيو فيما ستبدأ امتحانات “العملى” 11 من الشهر
نفسه.

بناءا على مجريات الامورمن نقص فى مياه النيل التى تتحدث عنه الدوله وما يحدث فى الجنوب الافريقى من عمل السدود على منابع النهر العظيم مما يؤثر على حصتنا من كميه الماء الازمه لسد امور حياتنا، ودعوة اهل اسوان الذين يزرعون القصب السكر يستغثون من
نقص الماء عندهم حتى فى المياه الجوفيه، …..
فتم انتاج نبات لايطلب نفس كمية الماء الازمه لزراعة القصب بل اقل بكثيرو والمساهمة في ترشيد استخدام الموارد المائية حيث تبلغ احتياجاته المائية للفدان نحو 3000 متر مكعب سنويا أي يماثل احتياجات نبات بنجر السكر ولكن كفاءة استخدام المياه لنبات الاستيفيا تعد افضل 27 مرة من بنجر السكر وافضل 71 مرة من قصب السكر. ‏ ‏
علمنا‏ ‏بان‏ ‏زراعة‏ ‏فدان‏ ‏واحد‏ ‏من‏ ‏الاستيفيا‏ ‏يعادل‏ ‏زراعة‏ 80 ‏فدانا‏ ‏كاملة‏ ‏من‏ ‏بنجر‏ ‏السكر‏, ‏فهذا‏ ‏يعني‏ ‏أن‏ ‏زراعة‏ ‏الاستيفيا‏ ‏ستوفر‏ ‏لمصر‏ ‏الكثير‏ ‏من‏ ‏العملات‏ ‏الصعبة‏ ‏وتسد‏ ‏العجز‏ ‏في‏ ‏استهلاك‏ ‏السكر‏.‏
‏ وهو معروف من قبل للمواطنين منذ العصور القديمة ، والتي تم توثيقها من قبل الغزاة إلى إسبانيا ، والذي يحتوي على نصوص في المحفوظات الوطنية في اسونسيون.
اسمها العلمي هو ستيفيا rebaudiana لكن المعروف شعبيا باسم عشبة يربا ، حلوة حلوة من باراغواي ، وهى عشبه فرعية خشبية معمرة ، التي تنتمي الى عائلة Asteraceae.
ويوجد ايضا نبات عشبي معمر ستيفيا ريبوديانا بيرتوني ( Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni) ينتمي إلى العائلة المركبة ( Compositae ) ويوجد عشرات الأصناف من هذه العائله تحمل العديد من صفاته ولها نفس الاسم الأول إلا إن نبات ستيفيا ريبوديانا بيرتوني يتميز عنها باحتواء أوراقه علي مجموعه من المركبات الطبيعية التي لها قوة تحليه تتراوح بين عشرات المرات و مئات المرات قدر قوة تحليه السكروز و يطلق علي مجموعة المركبات اسم الاستيفيوسايدز Steviosides) ) وتبلغ متوسط قوة تحليتها
من 200-300 مرة قدر قوة تحلية السكروز .
وهو معروف فالعالم الاوروبى ويكون الفائض من المياه يصلح لباقى الاغراض الهامه التى تريد الماء وهو نبات دورة حياته مده من خمس الى سبع سنوات يتم حشه ويعاود الانبات اى دائم
وتم الموافقه عليه من اغلب المنظمات العالميه وهو غير ضار بالصحه بل له فوائد عديده وتم انتاجه بنجاح فى مراكز البحوث المصريه والمراكز الجامعيه وهو نوع صينى .
ويوجد فى الخارج نوع يفوقه فى الحلاوه يزرع فى براغواى لى اتصال بواحد من منتجى النبات وهو على استعداد بمدى ببذور النبات لانباته فى الاجواء المصريه لتى تصلح لانباته مع ارسال شهاده صحيه بان البذور خاليه من الافات و الامراض .
وسبب‏عدم‏ ‏إنشاء‏ ‏مصنع‏ ‏خاص‏ ‏للتصنيع‏, ‏هو عدم‏ ‏دراية‏ ‏رجال‏ ‏الأعمال‏ ‏والمستثمرين‏ ‏بأهمية‏ ‏هذا‏ ‏المحصول‏ ‏السحري‏, ‏وبالرغم‏ ‏من‏ ‏أننا‏ ‏أصبحنا‏ ‏بمثابة‏ ‏بيت‏ ‏خبرة‏ ‏كبير‏ ‏وعلي‏ ‏استعداد‏ ‏كامل‏ ‏لإمداد‏ ‏المستثمرين‏ ‏بالدراسات‏ ‏اللازمة‏ ‏لإقامة‏ ‏المصنع‏ ‏وزراعة‏ ‏المحصول‏,
‏إلا‏ ‏أن‏ ‏أحدا‏ ‏من‏ ‏المستثمرين‏ ‏لم‏ ‏يقدم‏ ‏علي‏ ‏إقامة‏ ‏هذا‏ ‏المشروع‏ ‏أو‏ ‏الاستثمار‏ ‏فيه‏ ‏رغم‏ ‏بساطته‏, ‏حيث‏ ‏أن‏ ‏تكنولوجيا‏ ‏التصنيع‏ ‏موجودة‏ ‏ويمكن‏ ‏أن‏ ‏تستورد‏ ‏من‏ ‏الصين‏ ‏واليابان‏ ,
‏إلا‏ ‏أن‏ ‏إقامة‏ ‏المصنع‏ ‏ستتطلب‏ ‏مساحة‏ ‏مزروعة‏ ‏بالمحصول‏ ‏لا‏ ‏تقل‏ ‏عن‏ 5000 ‏فدان‏ ‏لضمان‏ ‏استمرار‏عمله‏ ‏طوال‏ ‏العام‏ ومن الممكن تجزء المساحه على المحافظات بدل القصب والبنجر.
ومن الناحيه الاقتصاديه فهو لا يريدعماله مدربه ولكن هو الفلاح المصرى العادى وبالتجربه فان النبات لاياخذ كيماويات ولامبيدات مما يوفرفى المصاريف لدى صاحب الارض وذلك على حسب نوع التربه اذا كانت التربه ضعيفه تاخذ نترات هيدروجين فقط.

بان مزارعى البنجر فى كفر الشيخ يطالبون بزيادة فى سعر الطن الى 5 الاف جنيه للطن .
وهذا النبات له دورة زراعية واحدة فى السنة ويأخذ كيماويات ومبيدات وذلك للمقاومة
اقدم لسيادتكم الموافقات العالميه السابقه:

• في عام 1887 الهنود والاعشاب في المنطقة الاثنين (باراغواي) تشير إلى مصنع للدكتور مويسيس بيرتوني.
• وفي عام 1900 استخراج باراغواي الصيدلي الدكتور اوفييدو Rebaudi نشرت في دورية الكيمياء والصيدلة ، بوينس آيرس ، التحليل الكيميائي الأول من مبدأ الحلو من هذا النبات.
• في عام 1921 ، stevioside مسجل باعتباره مادة 300 مرة أكثر حلاوة من السكر مع الاتحاد الدولي الكيميائية.
• يتم تنفيذها بين عامي 1945 و 1965 دراسات النشاط سكر الدم في مرضى السكري ، التي أجريت في الأرجنتين والمعهد البيولوجي في الجامعة الوطنية في اسونسيون.
• وفي عام 1969 ، البروفيسور ديريك بانتون (جائزة نوبل في الكيمياء) تقود مشروعا بحثيا مع العشب الطازج في الأكاديمية الملكية للعلوم في لندن.
• وفي عام 1970 ، والدكتور كارلوس أوفييدو ، كلية الطب في UBA كشفت عن آثار من سكر الدم ستيفيا.
• وفي عام 1970 ، وافقت السلطات الصحية في اليابان استخدام ستيفيا كمادة للتحلية ،
وبعد وقت قصير فعلت الشيء نفسه في البرازيل وكوريا الجنوبية واسرائيل والصين.

التي أظهرت مقتطفات مائي خارجي النتائج الأولية ستيفيا مفيد في حالات مث ، التهاب الجلد الاكزيما ، وبعض حالات الصدفية (دال Mowrey 1993).
وقد وافقت الحكومة الفرنسية ، في شهر Setttembre 2009 ، واستخدام (محليات ستيفيا )
المستندة مع نقاء rebaudioside و٪ 97 (جندي كونفدرالي )
وفتح أسواق الاتحاد الأوروبي رسميا أول من المنتجات التي تحتوي على هذا العنصر.
وعلى الرغم من موافقة الاتحاد الأوروبي للمحليات ستيفيا المستندة يخضع لموافقة هيئة الأغذية العلمية الأوروبية هيئة السلامة ، وفرنسا استغل الوضع الذي يسمح للدول الموافقة على المكونات الفردية لفترة محدود لمدة عامين.
ومن المحتمل ، أنه بحلول عام 2010 في البرلمان الأوروبي قد وافق على استخدام ستيفيا rebaudiana بيرتوني داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي.

ويتضح مما سبق أن زراعة نبات الاستيفيا يعد من المصادر الاستراتيجية بالنسبة لسياسة الأمن الغذائي حيث يساعد في سد فجوة نقص الاكتفاء الذاتي للسكر .
مع رفع الكفاءة الإنتاجية لوحدة المساحة المنزرعة حيث ينتج فدان الاستيفيا نحو 400 كجم من خلاصة الاستيفيا تعادل حوالي 80 طن سكر بينما ينتج فدان البنجر نحو 3طن سكر وفدان القصب نحو 4.5 طن سكر أي افضل 27 مرة من البنجر و18 مرة من القصب .
رفع مستوي الصحة العامة للمواطن حيث إن استخدام الاستيفيا كمحلي بديل للسكر لا يسبب أي مشاكل مثل تسوس للأسنان ويكون صالحا لاعداد أطعمة لمرضي السكر وأطعمة ضبط الوزن .
